  • Who are you?
    Very good question! Before being a growth hacker 🦸🏻‍♂️ I’m Gabriele 🙋🏻‍♂️. You’ll find more details about me on this page.
  • How do you organize your time throughout the week?
    Due to the natural flow of projects, I typically don't dedicate an entire day to a single client. Instead, I spread the work across the week, allowing for flexibility and adjustments as needed. However, if you'd prefer me to focus on your project for a full day, I’m happy to accommodate that as well.
  • What is the minimum commitment required?
    To achieve tangible results 🚀, I recommend a minimum commitment of two months. This allows enough time to implement strategies effectively and start seeing progress.
  • How do you track your time?
    I use Toggl to track my hours, ensuring complete transparency for my clients. You’ll have full visibility into how much time is spent on each aspect of your project.
  • Let’s talk about business, how do you bill for your services?
    I work with clients to determine the number of days per week required to achieve their goals. The invoice is then calculated based on: Daily rate × Number of days = Total invoice The number of days is primarily based on the complexity of the project, including technical work, reporting, and meetings. The daily rate remains consistent, regardless of the number of days requested.
  • Do you work on site or remotely?
    I became a freelancer for several reasons, one of them is to embrace freedom 🕊️ which is why I work primarily remotely. I’ve successfully completed 100% of my projects remotely without any communication issues, thanks to a well-established process. However, if needed, I’m happy to occasionally visit your offices to meet the team and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • How do you communicate with clients?
    I’m highly organized, ensuring a smooth workflow and clear communication. I prioritize trust and transparency with my clients. We hold weekly meetings to discuss the project’s status, address any issues, and review requests. At the end of each week, I provide a detailed recap of the work completed and the plan for the following week. I primarily use email, Google Meet, and Slack for communication.
  • If we have an urgent issue, can we call you?
    Absolutely. I provide my phone number to all clients for any urgent issues or emergencies.
